Lockheed Martin Senior USG Contract Compliance Analyst / FAR / CAS / Woodland WA in Woodland, Washington

LifePort has a need for an experienced financial analyst with significant USG Contract accounting and compliance background to assist the enterprise with adoption of business processes compliant to FAR requirements.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Compliance monitoring (screening for unallowables), labor floor checks • Monitoring and analysis of project costs to ensure costs are applied to correct CLIN/final Cost objective • Reconciliation of labor distributed with payroll disbursed • Monitoring of funding levels on cost type contracts and preparation of funding notices • Forward Pricing/Provisional Rate development • Monitoring and analysis of actual rates on a monthly basis • Preparation and review of monthly billings for Inter-Entity settlement on cost type contracts • Adjusted billings to reflect true up of rates • POC accounting entries to recognize revenue on percentage of completion cost type contracts • Analysis to support booking rates and EACs • Development and maintenance of a CAS Disclosure Statement • Preparation of Incurred Cost Reports Further development and refinement of processes/documentation to prepare for Modified CAS • Coordinate audit visits, responses, and corrective actions

Basic Qualifications BA Degree in Accounting or related field

Demonstrated experience (minimum 3 years) in USG Contract accounting and compliance roles commensurate with the described duties of the position.

The selected candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

Desired capabilities would include experience with integrated ERP systems and manufacturing job cost practices.

Desired skills The selected candidate must be a self-starter, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be a team player, be able to comfortably work with cross-functional teams that routinely include senior level members, and be able to simultaneously work and complete on time a multitude of assignments to aggressive completion dates.
