Lockheed Martin Computer Support Specialist in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico

This Enterprise Business Services (EBS) technical position is responsible for successful execution of IT security vulnerability mitigation, patch remediation and client repairs for computing devices on the Lockheed Martin Corporate intranet. This position exemplifies outstanding written and verbal social acumen and customer service skills when remediating security vulnerabilities. This position will also partner with other support organization staff to troubleshoot issues outside of vulnerability remediation immediate responsibility or skill set.

Basic Qualifications •Windows 7/10 Troubleshooting Experience •Experience providing remote troubleshooting/investigation •Experience providing excellent customer service in a professional environment •Established communication and social acumen skills, including highly effective verbal and written skills

Desired skills •Experience with a vulnerability scanner like Nessus or EVAN •Familiarity with automated software deployment tools such as: Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS) or System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) •ITSM/Remedy Support experience •Microsoft Professional Certification •Familiarity with endpoint security software (i.e McAfee)
