Lockheed Martin Project Management / Combat Development / Clearance Needed in Alexandria, Virginia
Assist with all actions leading to the development and preparation of various technical documents and reports, moving, tracking, and monitoring Geospatial equipment, testing and evaluation of equipment in both ground and air platforms, participating in various technical exchange meetings (TEMs), and traveling as required in support of program and project developments, demonstrations, and testing. Attend new technology demonstrations, evaluate existing, new hardware and software products, and provide suitability feasibility study for the customer. Assist in the integration process of customer approved technologies and he modernization process to recapitalize existing capabilities through testing, troubleshooting, evaluation and fielding ground or air, new or upgraded hardware and software technologies. Assist with performance of open-market research on emerging technologies; attend TEMs with industry vendors and other government agencies. Assist in the tracking and staffing of requirements and acquisition tasking messages. Generate analysis results and recommendations that inform decision making. Provide recommendations to customer that will issist in the achievement of operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and enforcement of customer standards. Understand the complex and dynamic roles of all personnel involved in design, planning, and construction phases. Providing expert knowledge of responsibilities of parties involved in the project including customers, leadership, sub-contractor leadership, project team, vendors, and other affected by the project. Communicate with engineers, IT, security, and other vested stakeholders, based on customer direction, in order to ensure complete and concise requirements for maintenance, repair, and sustainment are understood and met. Enhances customer's department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Prepares and presents oral and/or written technical reports and project update presentations.
Basic Qualifications Experience in systems planning, research development and project management
Experience in combat development in Special Operations Forces / Intelligence Community requirements development
5+ years experience in Project Management
Final Top Secret security clearance eligible for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
