Lockheed Martin Information Systems Analyst Senior in Aurora, Colorado

This position is in the Software Integration Team (SWIT) which is responsible for the integration, installation, and troubleshooting of program specific Software and Database baselines. This position requires serving as an integrator, and a troubleshooter in an Operations and Maintenance environments. Applicants must be able to analyze/investigate discrepancies, deploy fixes, and provide user support for a large-scale Linux-based system written primarily in C++ and using an Oracle Relational Database. Desired knowledge includes (Red Hat) Linux and/or Perl script development and maintenance experience, a thorough understanding of Software lifecycles, familiarity with Configuration Management, COTS tool methodologies, and relational Database (Oracle) knowledge. At times the candidate may be assigned to support the development facility to assist with the preparations and execution of integration activities. This position performs other related duties and assignments as required. After-hours response to a pager is required on a rotating basis. Working some non-standard shifts might be required to support periodic system tests, baseline deployments, and other mission critical activities. Applicant selected will be required to meet the Government required Information Assurance Workforce Enhancement Program requirements, at a minimum the Security+ Certification and Computing Environment (CE) Certifications. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information before starting the position.

Basic Qualifications IT background in UNIX and/or Linux. Have good interpersonal skills and able to communicate accurately with internal and external teams. The candidate should be able to adapt to a changing environment.

Selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI level security clearance.

Desired skills Professional experience in the following areas:

Program specific knowledge of the Double Eagle and/or E2A Programs. Worked on large, mature programs with both development and maintains efforts ongoing in parallel. The ability to work in both team and independent settings. Shell/Unix/Linux (Red Hat) / System Administration experience Demonstrated Experience in Perl Experience working with relational database (Oracle) and SQL for insight into information as required. Good organizational skill and Project Leadership skills are desired. Familiar with IBM MQSeries. Quick Learner
