Lockheed Martin Export / Import Logistics Controller / Country Integration in Fort Worth, Texas

Represent Global Transportation organization for F-35 activities associated with assigned country(ies). Participate and direct organizational interest in all Program meetings.

As the central point of contact to the F-35 Program for a given country, act in an advisory role for all matters related to Global Transportation.

Develop and monitor processes as designed for specified country(ies), providing guidance to other employees engaged in export/import shipping activities to ensure required support posture.

Establish and implement robust processes and procedures that deliver executable solutions across core functions and the Program(s).

Review and interpret export regulations, laws and requirements including, but not limited to, the International Traffic In Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

Review relevant export & import authorizations for gaps and restrictions; ensure export documentation meets U.S. and foreign country regulations and requirements.

Audit and evaluate current policies, procedures, and documentation for compliance with government laws and regulations.

Basic Qualifications Experience dealing with requirements specified in regulations pertaining to controlled export / import activities, e.g., Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic In Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Experience with Global export and import regulatory requirements associated with military and commercial products.

Demonstrated experience with International Traffic In Arms Regulations (ITAR) in an export and import compliance capacity.

Demonstrated experience with Export Administration Regulations (EAR) in an export and import compliance capacity.

Demonstrated experience using export compliance software such as SAP GTS.

Desired skills Demonstrated experience with freight forwarding and participating country export / import regulatory compliance and reporting.

Demonstrated experience in supply chain management.

Must possess a level of knowledge that allows for the establishment of robust procedures that deliver executable solutions across core functions and programs.

Ability to proactively function in a high-paced team environment.

Ability to develop solutions to problems of unusual complexity which require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation maintaining a keen focus on regulatory compliance.

U.S. Domestic and Global Hazardous material shipping regulatory knowledge.

Demonstrated ability to develop presentations and to conduct daily status calls and/or briefings.

Ability to mentor and train team members.

Demonstrated ability to work in, support and facilitate an inclusive team structure.

Familiarity with SAP ECC & SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) modules.
