Lockheed Martin Export Portfolio Lead in Fort Worth, Texas

The Export Portfolio Lead owns the F-35 Export Control and Compliance (ECC) Lateral processes and the maintenance and proper execution of those processes. Defines and documents the F-35 LOB export authorizations strategy. Ensures that the F-35 LOB has developed and executes to a logical architecture. Leads execution of the LOB export strategy in accordance with the export authorizations architecture and associated execution plans. Establishes and arbitrates F-35 LOB priorities across all phases of planning, preparation, and submittal of export authorizations. Primary person responsible for managing the F-35 LOB interface with Aero ITC. Owner of the applicable F-35 command media, particularly Program Directive PD-036 U.S. Export / Import Authorizations, and any associated program instructions required to carry out the above responsibilities. Determines, synthesizes, coordinates and documents engineering export requirements. Identifies technical scope for each specific export authorization required, and ensures engineering resources are applied to fully develop technical aspects of the authorization. Primary authority and leader for the engineering SME community and export related actions, issues, and communications. Collaborates extensively with other teams to collate and integrate cross-team requirements in support of defining the overarching F-35 LOB export authorizations architecture. Primary person responsible for ensuring commodity jurisdiction and classification determinations are completed. Ensures SME community is trained and proficient.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Active Secret Security Clearance is Needed for this role.

Basic Qualifications • Experience with System Engineering Processes and Procedures • Experience with NDP and Export Controlled Policy and Processes • Experience with presentation development and facilitation • International experience, including releasability, export laws and cultural diversity • Experience with political acuity and strength of character to address issues. • Experience working across all functional entities in the company and be able to logically and quickly assess issues.

Desired skills • Strong technical background in Systems Engineering • Excellent organization, communication, presentation and time management skills • Experience with the F-35 Program to include U.S. Services F-35 Partners and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers • Government customer interaction and interface • Experience with Project Management and Team Leadership • Exhibits strong problem solving skills in the application of Exportability
