Lockheed Martin Network Voice Comm Analysis in Fort Worth, Texas
As a member of the Enterprise Business Services (EBS) Data, Voice, & Video (DV2) Infrastructure organization for Telecom, this position will assist in the administration, implementation and support of current phone, fax and printer solutions. The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: -Serving as back-up to the DV2 Telecom lead for customer escalations, problem resolution and documentation. Service Management to include Incident, Change and Service Request Management - Provide Customer Service and Technical Support to Lockheed Martin Customers - Updating Standard Operating Instructions (SOI), KMR and policy documentation. -Maintaining inventory and metrics databases for audit readiness A secondary role will be to assist with developing cost data for departmental reporting, such as Telecommunications systems financials, utilizing proven MS Excel and budgetary skills.
Basic Qualifications Familiarization with Telecom systems concepts and devices. Working knowledge of Telecommunications technology/ hardware technologies (e.g. Phones, Softphones, Skype) Demonstrated experience in LM SAP financial systems, input and reporting. Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills Proficient with Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD secret clearance
Desired skills Familiarization with Telecom equipment, funding and in-building expansion implementation. Knowledge of Remedy or ITSM support Excellent organizational skills
