Lockheed Martin Project Planning Management & Planning Operations Representative Senior in Fort Worth, Texas

This position will play a key liaison role to Advanced Development Programs (ADP) Fort Worth Site manager that includes interfacing with all levels of Lockheed Martin (LM) employees, leadership and program managers as well as contractors/vendors associated with job responsibilities to ensure that operations flow smoothly. This candidate will oversee, coordinate, and manage various operational aspects with job responsibilities to ensure that operations flow smoothly. This candidate will oversee, coordinate, and manage various operational aspects of ADP day-to-day business functions at the LM Fort Worth site. These functions include, but are not limited to: Facilities management and coordination, training facilitation, business continuity planning, capital and New Business Funds (NBF) forecast coordination; Emergency action planning; Data records custodian; personnel recognition support; event coordination, maintenance of team and program resources (e.g. SharePoint, distribution lists, server permissions, etc). Candidate will effectively review and monitor project status, manage budget/schedules, and prepare status reports. Candidate must be able to handle multiple simultaneous activities, demonstrate required interpersonal skills to produce successful results, and perform conflict resolution as needed. Candidate will have excellent communication skills, good problem solving skill, work with minimum oversight and be able to handle adverse circumstances effectively.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Experience working multiple concurrent projects; Experience interfacing with all level of employee up to Executive leadership as well as contractors/vendors; Experience with MS office applications.

Desired skills Project management experience; Previous facilities related experience; Knowledge of LM IT; Understanding of Aero customer security requirements; Experience with LM database tools such as eFSR (Electronic Facility Service Request), DR Planning System, MyLearning, MAC (Move, Add, Change, Surplus), SESIDS Database (Security & Emergency Service Information Database System), knowledge in the use of MS SharePoint.
