Lockheed Martin Sustainment Software Systems Engineer in Fort Worth, Texas
As a member of the Enterprise Sustainment Operations (ESO) Operations, Technology, Initiatives, and Strategy team, candidate will join a dynamic team supporting special data analytics and system integration projects.
Responsibilities include: - Working with Aeronautics Programs and Functions, Other LM Business Units and Corporate to ensure cross business area sustainment analytics IRAD projects are architected and implemented to provide more aircraft readiness at less cost - Developing Aeronautics data analytics use cases for F-35, Hybrid Airship, and other platforms as they are integrated - Developing and maintaining high-level Intelligent Platform Agnostic Sustainment System (iPASS) system Architecture for System of System (SoS) integration as platforms and services are added - Developing and maintaining analytics Concept of Operations documentation - Managing multiple-year project execution Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a related technical field & 5 years minimum related experience or 3 years with Masters - Experience with information technology tool development and implementation - Familiar with systems engineering processes - General project management skills
Desired skills - Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, time-management, and interpersonal skills - Experience with data analytics and analytics tools - Experience in aircraft sustainment/support with one or more Lockheed Martin aircraft programs, preferably F-35 - Experience with Logistics Information Systems - Experience in supply support and systems - Experience with requirements/system specification decomposition - Experience with defining system architecture - Experience with customer (USG or international) sustainment processes - Familiarity with LM Aero sustainment processes and procedures - Experience in technical writing (Program Instructions, Work instructions, Desk top instructions, etc.) - Basic understanding of Performance Based Logistics (PBL) and the Integrated Product Support Elements - Effective communication skills
