Lockheed Martin Subcontract Administrator in Orlando, Florida
Strong organizational skills are essential. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required. Must possess a working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP) and LM compliance knowledge. Strong negotiation skills and understanding of complex contractual terms and conditions is required. Effective presentation skills, a high level of professionalism and the ability to delegate effectively and meet the expectations of multiple internal customers is also required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools Suite is required.
Basic Qualifications Working Knowledge with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), and Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP) Experience in procurement and subcontract management Exceptional communication, organization, presentation and documentation skills Experience preparing bid packages, conducting bidder’s conferences, analyzing and evaluating proposals, negotiating subcontract provisions, selecting subcontractors, developing/releasing Purchase Orders, and administering resulting subcontracts
Desired skills Ability to interact with senior management, suppliers and other external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between functional organizations Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Experience with multiple contracting types: Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus, Time and Material SAP / P2P experience Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities Program startup experience Ability to provide accurate and timely status Must be a team player and able to adapt to changing environment and critical schedule deadlines
