Lockheed Martin Software Engineer Sr in Owego, New York
Participate in testing hardware products for the Electronic Warfare (EW) business area. Candidate will be responsible for the design, code and integration of test equipment software used to test Digital and RF/analog advanced state-of-the-art receivers, transmitters, antennas and EW systems. Work in hardware and product test labs to analyze, debug and integrate test equipment software. Primary SW languages are National Instruments TestStand and National Instruments Labwindows/CVI and ANSI C/C++. Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills are required. Applicant should have some experience with laboratory work testing hardware, including practical experience with network analyzers, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers. Candidates are required to work in labs on-site and have ability to obtain DoD clearance.
Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Proficient in C software development. Knowledge with laboratory testing of analog, RF, and digital hardware, including practical experience with network analyzers, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers. Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to obtain a security clearance to at least the Secret level.
Desired skills Strong analytical/debug and SW/HW and Firmware (FW) integration and test skills. Familiarity with Digital and RF logic design and test. Familiarity with developing Test SW for RF and Digital HW components and systems.
