Lockheed Martin Control Account Manager (CAM) CMHP Fleet Management in Shelton, Connecticut

The Canada Maritime Helicopter Project (CMHP) Deputy Fleet Manager / Control Account Manager (CAM) will report to and provide support to the Fleet Manager with contractual technical, cost, and schedule performance metrics associated with CH 148 (Cyclone) fleet management operations and preparation for steady state in-service support (ISS). The Deputy will support in the coordination and oversight of material, logistics support, operational availability, Contractor Field Office operations (including Field Service Representatives), technical airworthiness and other areas as required by the Fleet Manager, with emphasis on the safe operation of the Cyclone fleets in Shearwater and Patricia Bay.

The Fleet Management CAM will be responsible for employing Earned Value Management (EVM) to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget. The Deputy / CAM will update budget status, monitor and update budget/cost performance, prepare briefings and documentation as required by the CMHP EV Program.

Description of Key Job Requirements:

•Provide data and analytics to assist the Fleet Manager and the ISS Program leadership team in management of fleet operational availability and insuring associated ISS tasks are completed on schedule and within budget •Assist Fleet Manager with all functions enabling safe and efficient operations of the Cyclone fleet •Maintain and administer performance management tools •Analyze and track actual vs. forecasted performance •Actively participate in Earned Value (EV) assessments of program performance; also provide variance analysis for program activity. •Provide critical support for the Estimate at Complete (EAC) process and EVMS updates. •Analyze and report financial EAC risks and opportunities on a monthly basis. •Prepare reporting for weekly/other program and executive briefings. •Create and maintain standard work through process improvements

Basic Qualifications B.A. or B.S. 5+ years experience
