Lockheed Martin Aircraft on Ground (AOG) Customer Service Rep in Trumbull, Connecticut

Resolves customer AOG material orders in the AOG Resolution Center. Senior Customer Service Role Proven ability to independently solve problems resolving material orders. Self starter who requires minimal supervision. Utilizes data to drive improvement. Continuous improvement mindset critical to success. Skilled in data analysis to reduce turn around time and volume of AOG events. Relentless drive to resolve AOG events quickly on behalf of commercial customers. Able to work with various functional organizations to resolve AOG's. Shift flexibility required, including nights and weekends. Required days / times may alternate on a weekly basis.

Basic Qualifications Minimum of 3 years Experience as a Commercial Customer Service Representative. Able to work with various functional organizations to resolve AOG's. Skilled in data analysis to reduce TAT and volume of AOG events. US Citizenship required Fluent in SAP
