Lockheed Martin LCS Subcontract Manager in Washington, District Of Columbia

Supporting the LCS Program, the Subcontract Manager is responsible for managing the subcontracts for LCS ship construction and various other subcontractors in support of new construction.

Duties include:

Preparing solicitations, proposal review and negotiation, issuing purchase orders in accordance with the LM Acquisition Process

Modifying and managing purchase orders

Subcontract closeout

SDRL review and tracking

Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers

Support special projects and captures for future phases of the LCS Program

Process and execute Proprietary Information Agreements

Basic Qualifications Knowledge of FAR and DFAR policies and procedures, previous Subcontract or Contract Management for DOD contracts, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously,

Desired skills Knowledge of Lockheed Martin Acquisition Process, SAP P2P, Data Analysis, Ability to work independently, Self-starter
